Job Descriptions

Nationality: Maldivian 
Cook and serve traditional Maldivian food such as Garudhiya and Kulhimas. 
Cook and serve a range of traditional Coconut and Tuna dishes. 
Cook and serve a range of salads including Boshi Mashuni. 
Cook and serve Huni Roshi and other rotis. 
Cook and serve Desserts and Sweets. 
Operate Maldivian Pop-ups and live cooking stations. 
Develop ‘in the ground’ cooking of various fish. 
Develop and demonstrate with guests, Maldivian Cooking Classes. 
Cover all meal periods including breakfast.
